Resume Screenings

Once we received the Job Description from the client we forward it to the concerned IT Recruiter who first review the JD and develops his/her understanding for example if the client is looking for a Front End Developer with expertise in Vue.JS the Recruiter needs to screen only Front End Vue.JS profiles with relevant hands on experience and exclude all Front End Designers(HTML, CSS, Bootstrap) and Front End React. JS Profiles then we submit a Technical Test to the shortlisted candidates.

Technical Test

In the Technical test phase we submit a proper Technical test to the candidate properly being designed by the relevant field industry experts and those candidates who achieve atleast 50% score are then aligned for a Technical Interview with the field expert

Technical Interview

In the Technical Interview the field expert gauge the code/ test attempted by the candidate and then they cross examine the test results as per the requirements from the client in the Technical Interview session.

Personality Test

The candidates who have cleared the Technical Interview are then assigned a Personality test in order to gauge either they are a good fit in regards to the clients company's culture or not. There will be a online MCQ questions which will record the responses of the candidate on a Likert scale.

HR Interview

After the Personality test in the HR interview the overall results of the candidates are gathered and their communication skills and their current, expected salaries and the fringe benefits are discussed in detail.

Client Interview

The final candidates who have cleared the interview rounds are then finally presented to the client to make a selection based on the number of open positions in their organization.

Offer Letter

After the negotiations finally the candidates approved by the client are then offered the position in black and white.
